Though some couples may feel that doing this themselves gives a personalized touch, having a professional on board can save money and time spent on small details. It is possible that they can provide better takeaways for guests.

Often they will offer services for a reduced rate or even free if they can just get the experience under their belt. Assuming all goes well, they may want to use past clients as a reference or get a testimonial.
